/geek moment

Watching all these documentaries about space and the planets and the universe made me realize that I'm still pissed they demoted Pluto into a dwarf planet, instead of letting it retain its place in the galaxy as our 9th planet. Just... agh. Poor Pluto.

It isn't! But... you know, I think we all grew up knowing the concept of our solar system having nine planets, so one of them getting booted out is like... painful. In a weird kind of way.

And yeah, Setsuna is totally my favorite senshi ever.

I see what you mean. Back when I was still interested in astronomy, I was really fascinated with the thought of a tenth planet - so the number changing in the other direction is sort of... strangely depressing.

Heh! My favourite has always been Usagi, but Setsuna is just utterly cool.

I only knew about the possibility of a tenth planet (...ninth now, sob) just... today, actually. That just completely blew me away. One of the things I don't understand, though, is that how come scientists know of planets/galaxies/stars which are millions of lightyears away, yet anything beyond the Kuiper belt is a big mystery to them. :\

I don't know too much about it, but I think visibility plays a major factor. Difficult to get a good look at everything close to us, when we're actually surrounded by it? Easier, perhaps, when there aren't tons of things in the way of the wavelengths; the Kuiper Belt really is a busy, busy thing...

Oh! you make one up! I have three counselors. Byakuran is a trauma counselor & Otoya is a violin coach & Airi is a coffee specialist. Just make one up for Jii.

Probably! But it's easy to make one up. You can put down something like "LORD TRAINER" or "motorcycle specialist"
