As I have just realized that Poly is a journal-based game and I have Harmony's sponsored because I am too lazy to get her a paid account so her layout is ugly as hell and I've been told that people don't like playing with sponsored journals and CRAP DEADLINE FOR APPING AT POLY IS ON AUG 22. what is this.

WELL. I've been in charge of writing the premise for ages and failing, so... I'll c/p what I just wrote as our tentative premise!

"Somewhere, or maybe nowhere, there is an endless Woods. It’s very pretty, with soft green light and beautiful trees. More importantly are the pools dotted throughout the Woods, each one leading to a different world.

But those worlds are all threatened. A mysterious force called the Nothing threatens to destroy them all. Opposing it is the Great Lion, King of the Beasts, Son of the Emperor-Over-the-Seas, Aslan himself. They’ve been fighting for a very, very long time. Each has won battles, each has lost some. They’ve both suffered. After the latest cataclysmic battle, both found themselves too weakened to continue the fight without help.

You’re here in the Compound within the Woods because Aslan has picked you to help preserve life everywhere. No, he isn’t here. The Great Lion has more important matters to attend than your individual needs. The Authority will take care of the day to day running of the place and dolling out missions. You have things to take care of back home? Not to worry, when you return only a few seconds will have passed. Time runs differently here.

You’ll be sent on missions to keep the assigned world running smoothly. Whether it’s defending someone from the Nothing’s assassins or ensuring someone gets their pizza on time, you can be assured that the mission is of the utmost importance. You may not understand your orders, you may even find them repulsive, but they come from Aslan, and He knows what He’s doing.

And yes, you’re meant to be here. Even if perhaps your past actions indicate you to be less than stalwart morally. Aslan has a plan, and you’re in it.
