The only thing I can think of, as it's "only" 5 dollars and thus not enough to buy a paid account for any real length of time, and you can't get more extra userpics since you're only on a plus, would be to either sit on it and wait for a time when you have more to spend, or buy lj gifts. (Unless you can get user pics; I can't see, because I have a paid account so it's automatically accepted for me when I try and check it out.)
