It's so freaking hot right now. Just... mind-meltingly hot. Add the El Niño currently wrecking havoc in our water supply, which directly affects everything - from electricity to crops to potable water - and this summer's shaping up to be one of the worst ever.

I know! I haven't been fond of going outside for any reason, but this afternoon we did and my god, the temperature. It was soaring by the minute.

I would actually kill for some snow right now. Well, not that it ever snowed here, but anything's better than extreme heat :( Oh, global warming.

Yeah - I hate the heat too. I'm not keen on snow if I have to go out in it, but it's definitely prettier.

I know! I spend most of my time indoors. Unfortunately, the lab I teach in isn't airconditioned. Guh. Luckily, I can just position myself in front of the electric fan as I watch my students scurry around and so their potions- I mean, experiments. Hehehe.

But it's so hot! And I can't imagine the 40C heat they're talking about. :( I know it reaches 40C in some places like Tuguegarao- those inland. I can't imagine it reaching 40 in Pangasinan, which is close to the sea. I'm really worried about the harvest, though. And of course, our water supply.

I seriously think it would be great if we could somehow transport the snow from other countries to use as water here. Hehehe.

Apparently there's a lot of extra snow somewhere else, while we're dying of heat :( It would be perfect if we can balance everything a bit XD Global warming sucks.
