For some reason, I'm really feeling a bit, well, off for the past couple of days. It's probably because of the flu that still has me coughing and scratching my throat, coupled with my frustrations over my fail!interview as well as my unfinished fic for the exchange. Ugh. Inspiration had been so slow to come and it's driving me up the wall.

In other, brighter news - I finally watched Serenity. I saw a DVD on sale (it was P100 - probably around $2.50) and since it came highly recommended, I bought it. And OHMYGOD. The movie just had me keysmashing in the best of ways. And I think the outtakes just killed me. Nathan Fillion - I've always loved you since Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place but this just proves how awesome you are. Well, awesome-r anyway XD

Ugh. Just rest, take care of yourself and get better. It's fine to have times when you're not at the best, when you're not feeling well and things aren't going well. Hope you get better and perk up soon. ♥

Aha, well you never know still. My last job interview... I was late for because I went to the wrong place. (A different branch of the same business; I had applied at both and messed up which actually called me for the interview.)

Still got the job. And the other branch, the one I went to by mistake, offered me an interview not long after. XD

Oh, good. XD Yeah, I went to the wrong place, but I usually get places (especially an interview) really early, so I realized it by the time I was supposed to meet the interviewer. I called her and told her where I was and asked if it was alright to go over right away and she said it was fine, luckily. I ended up maybe 15 or 20 minutes late to her, since the two locations were fortunately close by.

OMG I DO. I had really no idea on how the story will go so the ride was just freakin' awesome! I had never appreciated Gina Torres until I saw her here. Man! She really is pretty :D

The movie is the sequel, right? I have misgivings on seeing Firefly because I don't want to get too attached to another Whedon show especially since a lot of people wanted more from it 8|

Wait wait, you saw Serenity before you saw the series? I'm one of the people who would've loved more of it yes, but Serenity was a good enough ending -- more than expected really.

And oh right, I think we've talked about you not having seen Firefly yet before - I think I listed the episodes for you? I remembered now, but I guess I thought you'd seen it then.

Gina is awesome in Firefly. They all are.

I wouldn't beat yourself up too much over the fic exchange; obviously there is a deadline, but the more pressured you feel, the less you'll want to write :(

Ah... I love Firefly. The movie was pretty good, but I wish they had produced the next season. I can't get over how I don't know what happened to River and what Book's deal was. Stupid Fox!
