I'm staring at my assignment and I can't help it. I'M NERVOUS. I haven't written anything Draco/Hermione for like three million freakin' years and now I'm like, CRAP, WHAT IF I SCREW THIS UP I DON'T WANT TO.

I feel the same whenever I'm to write a pairing I've not written in a while. My advice? Read some of your favourite fic - perhaps not the longest ones, so that you can read many different ones - with the pairing you're to write. If anything, it'd at least get you used to the characters in a romantic way again.

I will! I've been reading ridiculous lengths of fics, actually (although of Angel/Cordelia, bwahah) so I'm glad to say that I'm reading stuff again - which is a good prerequisite for writing fics :)

It is, isn't it? It's the first time in a looooong time that something D/Hr related made me so happy.
