Hana Yori Dango fans, WHY IS SOUJIROU ALWAYS RUNNING AWAY FROM YUUKI? I ship them so hard it's not funny. Do they get together at the end of the manga or in any of the adaptations BECAUSE I WILL WATCH IT. YES EVEN METEOR GARDEN DAMNIT.

They don't get together in the manga, but they do have a "special night" together as a way to tie their end. D: But their story's really awesome, though, especially when Soujiro's first love comes into the picture and we get to know a lot more about him. In any case, WATCH IT. Haha! 'Specially the Japanese version!

OH. True, true. I totally agree with that! Ga Eul/Yi Jung all the way. I wouldn't have minded if they deviated from the manga at all and made them end up together. :))

Seriously, I love Soujiro so much it isn't funny. I love him in all three versions of the drama, actually. Haha..But I find myself partial to the Korean version. Have you seen it yet?? You should!! It's teh awesome. But maybe that's just me. Heh.

Anyway. Yuki is a bit overeager. Just a bit. Heh. But Soujiro clearly has commitment issues so...Hm. Have you seen the HYD special? Hahaha...it was so funny. But no spoilers if you haven't seen it yet.

I'm starting to watch Boys over Flowers, and myohmy the BOYS are just TEH GORGEOUSNESS. But the lead actress bugs me. She looks reallllly old :( But the Soujirou counterpart is sooo pretty. GUH.

HYD special? Is that the film? If yes, I've seen it. The Soujiro/Yuki ending made me LOL so many times. Poor Yuki. Though, I haven't seen the entirety of the movie yet - just the beginning and the end.

Hahaha...Teh Gorgeousness is exactly the right term. And Yi Jung (or at least, I think that was his name), Soujirou's counterpart, looks so good with Ga Eul (Yuki). Gaaaaaah. Prettiness abound. Heh.

But yes, Jan Di bugged me a lot at first. But I got used to her. Plus, the lead actor is just hawt so..It sort of makes watching the show worth it. Hahaha. :D

About the Soujirou/Yuki ending in the movie..I thought for sure that Soujirou would finally give in to Yuki during that book signing thingy. Turns out, I was wrong. Oh well. It was beyond funny though. ^^

I watched the ending of the Korean one! To be honest the F4 there made my nose bleed XP Too much gorgeousness in one show.

Hehehehe! Soujiro... even if he always runs away from her, I think he enjoys it for the chase's sake. Also, I think she's the only girl who makes him scream RUNRUNRUN in his head. Hahaha. Dignity and grace all forgotten!

They don't get together, but I think that's the beauty of it. On one side, you have the main love story, which is saccharine but cute, and on the other hand, as a balance, you have the Soujiro-Yuuki story. I'll paraphrase what someone else here has said. He runs away because he KNOWS he'll fall for her, [and to add my own part] but he's convinced she'll get hurt. :)

Hey, I always have that thought in my mind. How is it that...
1. When he saw her, he was in deep thoughts, and his eyes... Arrggh, I don't know how to describe it. It was as if he 'felt' for the devastated Yuuki at that point of time. I SAW IT IN HIS EYES. XD

2. Then, after consoling Yuuki, he helped her got her revenge (Think the threatening of her jackass ex-bf in HYD 1, ep 7). Yuuki could be his favorite girl after all, w/o him realising it!

3. Yuuki let him realize that Sara loved him in the past. And she was the one who did all those checking out of the buildings for his sake. Even though she knew it would leave an impact on her- say, 'kill her', for him to go back to Sara (Luckily he didn't).

4. SO I JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY HYD FINAL SHOWED US THAT SCENE OF HIM RUNNING AWAY!? ARGHH.

That was the only scene I didn't like in HYD-F.

Okay, sorry for the lengthy comment, hahahahaha. I'm hyped up already though its 1am right now. *Yawns*

Muuuuuuuuuh T^T -cries- I'm wondering the exact same thing as you now! :( they are so wonderful together, I cannot believe they don't end up together. And WHYYYY did he run from her in the end??? First he smiles when he sees her, and looks happy and surprised to see her. Then she hands him the book and suddenly he runs off?! I really seriously don't get it :(
