Yeah, Chiaki feels sorry for Kotoha, I believe. He kept telling her how sucky her life is and she kept protesting that it isn't and that was when Ryunosuke basically broke down in tears over how awesome she is. :3

...Now I really want Kohota/Takeru after this episode, even though it's only the 2nd episode? And how I thought it was adorable how after she agreed with home to go back to base, she runs a little to catch up with his steps, so they're pratically walking on the same steps at the same time? I just thought that was adorable.
