Challenge!

So, today I've decided to apply for a theme-writing challenge for two fandoms in [livejournal.com profile] 10_themes, for my current obsession Maskman and, of course, Harry Potter. I'm hoping I'll get accepted for both. I need to focus! I haven't written anything for so long, and I need to reconnect with D/Hr. I feel like I don't know how to write them anymore! Hehe.

My soon-to-be-hopefully table prompts:

Maskman: (Takeru/Haruka)
01.Red 02.Green
03.Blue 04.Brown
05.Purple 06.Silver
07.Pink 08.Gold
09.Black 10.Yellow

Harry Potter: (Imagine my surprise when I found out no one's claimed anything D/Hr yet!)
01.Greed 02.Lust
03.Envy 04.Fear
05.Love 06.Hate
07.Depression 08.Anger
09.Joy 10.Excitement

This is the first time that I'm going to do this. I'm excited! Yay! Any suggestions? :D

In other news, I finally got to tour San Francisco yesterday. Golden gate... is not so golden. Hahaha! Seriously though, it was sooo cold there that all my pics have my hair flailing about everywhere. But, FUN. Heh. Also, first time to eat at Applebee's and a Thai restaurant called Erawan. Food trip!! It was great! Applebee's is like Burgoo on some plates, and OMG strawberry cheesecake is sooo good. Erawan's BBQ pork actually tastes like that of Arisocrat's, so I was reminded of home. Hehe.

Theme-writing... never tried that. Have fun! :D Btw, our spamming thing started something on the ship, now people post more regularly. :) Plus, we've posted two cookies on the CJ... maybe you could check them out? hehe.

Wow, you got to tour San Francisco. Cool! Where was Joaquin while you were touring? :D And how cold was it? Is it still spring there, or something?

Erawan's BBQ pork actually tastes like that of Arisocrat's, so I was reminded of home. Hehe.

Aww, nice. :)

Really? That was nice! I'm so glad. When I posted that I was never expecting anybody else to participate, but it's a good thing they did. At least the ship sails again! Oh. CJ. I'll check that out later :D

Joaquin was with us while touring. He was really cooperative! The motion of a moving vehicle actually rocks him to sleep, so he's awake once we've parked the car, which is a good thing because he has to eat.

Yeah, we might need to think of a new thread title, hehe. Hopefully people keep posting. The ship's slowed down a little again, but not as slow as it was before. :)

We used to fall asleep in the cars too, hahaha. When we couldn't sleep, our parents would drive us around until we did. But we don't think we used to wake up once the car was parked, hehehe. Hm, cooperative kids... we were crybabies, and became such good little girls later in life. Isa, she never made so much as a peep and now look at her. Hahahaha, kidding. :)

We used to fall asleep in the cars too, hahaha.

Me too! Either that or eventually get nauseated. Hehehe. Thread titles! Hay... I'm sure you'd come up with something great, hehehe. Or maybe I'll come up with something too, I'm not sure. He.

[identity profile] pips-n-chiaw.livejournal.com 2008-05-02 03:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Hehe maybe you'd get nauseated because the roads here in the Philippines are a bit bumpy, hehe.

Thread titles... Phoenix Mage did say something that we're considering suggesting as a thread title- not sure if it's too long, but it was something to do with... Life may stop us from posting, but nothing can stop us from shipping. SOmething like that. We were thinking of suggesting it because the ship really is rather slow and people might think dramione is dying, but it's not. We just hope it doesn't give a negative connotation or something.

*sleepy*

Oh yeah! I remember reading that thread title. It might be a little long, though. What about, "Life may keep us from posting, but not from shipping"?

[identity profile] pips-n-chiaw.livejournal.com 2008-05-04 03:44 am (UTC)(link)
Ooh, yeah, thanks. :) Will suggest it when the discussion turns to thread titles. :) Haven't checked today though, not sure if anyone's posted...

Welcome to the Bay Area! I'm about an hour away. lol I don't know why it's called the Golden Gate either. It's more red. I guess it's more of a "Welcome to the golden state" thing.

[identity profile] zarahjoyce.livejournal.com 2008-05-02 04:09 am (UTC)(link)
Oh that's great! We're also a bit far from the area and we have to drive a bit for around 45 mins or so. Isn't it weird? I've been to the gate before (11 or so years ago) and I didn't think of it much then, but now I'm wondering. Hehe.

[identity profile] red-erythros.livejournal.com 2008-05-02 03:13 am (UTC)(link)
Yaaaay, you're gonna start writing again! :D

And Aristocrat's BBQ. Good, good. Except that I was never really fond of their special sauce. Haha :P

[identity profile] zarahjoyce.livejournal.com 2008-05-02 04:10 am (UTC)(link)
Hey hey hey! I don't know why, but I haven't been talking much to you, have I? Glad to have a chance to talk to you again, friend!

Really? I kinda like it. Well, my family is, we're almost always at Aristocrat before, hehehe.

[identity profile] pips-n-chiaw.livejournal.com 2008-05-02 06:39 am (UTC)(link)
hehe yeah, we don't eat the sauce either. Java sauce, right? peanuts... Is that the one? The two of us generally order pork barbeque and lechon kawali, then we share. Mmmm, yummy. :)

[identity profile] zarahjoyce.livejournal.com 2008-05-02 08:29 am (UTC)(link)
Ah. We usually order the BBQ chicken lang. Damn I miss home!
