Dear HP fandom
Dear HP Fandom,
I never thought I would say this, but I might become a supporter of the R/Hr pairing, only because Rupert was able to pull it off beautifully in the OotP movie. Mind you, Movie!Ron is love. Damn you Rupert!
Also, Tom, dear, where were you?
Love,
Me
Side note: I was entertained by the movie, but disappointed. Amused at times, but disappointed. Overall: Disappointed.

R/Hr is great in OotP. What part was your fav with them?
Hmm I did miss Tom too. I kept looking for him.

Hehe :D
I lovelovelove the one with Hagrid's half-brother. They way he looked at her when she kept on pressing the bell... so cute and amusing! He pulls off jealous!Ron without being annoying.
How about you?

That was a great scene but I absolutely adore these two scenes; The one where Hermione promises to help Ron with his homework and the look/smiles they exchange. I also like the part where Hermione compliments Ron about him having a good idea. :D

Rupert was the best actor out of all of them, we think. He's so cute! :D
Overall disappointed? For us... we have many, many complaints, but overall we were satisfied. hehe. But we prefer movie 4, we think.
Did you see it on imax? One of the pharmacists in PGH said he saw it on Imax and it was worth the P400, he said there are some 3D parts... zat true? how do you know when to put on the 3D glasses?

I prefer the 4th movie too. In fact, I watched it again yesterday, and yes, I do prefer it. Sirius' death wasn't handled too well - It was as if some non-important person died. Better was Cedric's death; his father's cries of 'That's my boy!' is really heart-wrenching. Considering this was the big moment in the movie, there was no... emotional involvement (I've been using this line often when asked about how I viewed the film) :D

Yup, we didn't like Sirius' death. It wasn't emotional, and in OotP Harry's supposed to be emotional throughout the whole book, really. Even the scene after Sirius' death, with Dumbledore- didn't like it. We didn't feel sad when Sirius died (how come he didn't die instantaneously even though it was an avada?!?), we felt sadder when Neville was talking about his parents... wish they had shown his parents more, hehe. we mean, in St. Mungo's.

stumbled upon your fics on ffnet..proudly pinoy indeed! :D am pinoy too and a huge dramione fan. i dont write though, i just read :)
re ootp: yeah, it was entertaining, in a summer-blockbuster-movie kind of way, but as an HP fan it was sadly unsatisfying. i sat there for a few minutes after the movie thinking that there was something off about it. i didn't have that wonderful feeling that i had with the first four movies
re our dear sexy tom felton: well, we'll see more of him in the 6th for sure! :D
i hope you dont mind that i friend you! :)

I agree with what you said. *sigh*... I'll probably still buy the dvd though, if it ever comes out. Maybe Tom has more scenes there :D
Have you joined the community lungati? It's an all-Filipinos Dramione community. We're all friendly there, and we love to have new people around :D
