Saw the unsubbed Gokaiger 199 Hero... movie!

1) Okay, so the whole Gokaiger/Goseiger battle? I was rooting for the Goseigers to win. I just realized that a) either I missed the Goseigers more than I thought I did or b) I don't adore Gokaiger as much as I adored Goseiger. Which is like taboo in this fandom.

2) The whole Luka/Moune thing? It was adorable, sure, but who else thought it was also stupid and pointless to have them talk at the same time? I thought it was such a waste for both characters.

3) Saki, your hair. Is that a wig? And I saw less of the alumni than I expected, although the Fiveman full team change was awesome.

Yeah I... basically skipped through most scenes not including Luka and Moune. Will comment more once the sub is out.

I think I do understand your feelings, at least a bit. Goseiger never really drained me of my energy while I watched it, while Gokaiger did. It was such treat to see them again.

Luka and Moune are arguably my favorite Yellow senshis, second only to Jasmine (random comment, but Mikki has gotten prettier and prettier, hasn't she? XD). So to see them together was an awesome treat. But yes, I didn't particularly like the whole talk together at the same time. It could have worked, but it felt more forced than necessary, dunno -_- Sure, these two have their "cute girl" moments, but they put way too much focus on THAT, and THAT does not truly make THEM.

I wish I had seen more of the alumni, but had they had more screentime, I'm afraid they would have stolen all of the spotlight. The small moments were enough to do just that, LOL.

There was something about the Goseigers that as a whole endeared them to me, I think? For some reason, when faced with the Gokaigers I realized how... coarse? if that is even the right term, the Gokaigers were. I don't know. I can't explain it well!

Eeeh, yes. I can't stop staring at Mikki! She was so pretty in the movie. she also seemed leaner and taller so I guess that helped!

I was waiting for the Bioman alumni to appear and I was quite sad he only got to say some words before disappearing. And Umeko! Something was... weird about her face. Idk.

Liking Goseiger shouldn't be a taboo in this fandom. The current news is that Saban might be skipping Goseiger in honor or doing Gokaiger for PR's 20th anniversary. It's not actual fact, but people are taking it as such. If that happens, how the hell will I get my own GoseiGround without it costing me an arm and a leg?

Totally agree on the whole Luka and Moune talking at the same time. It was cute at first. Then just got plain annoying. I can see Moune doing it, but Luka? No.

Nozumu was just precious in his junior high outfit though.

Right? I feel like it's almost criminal to not hate Goseiger because of its oh-so-generic, oh-so-bland Angels. I happen to like them that way, though!

And YES. I agree; I see moune doing it, but Luka? Which is why I appreciate more when they were fighting, which I could totally believe would happen, than when they were just being all twinspeak-y and I was like... why tho.

And Nozomu! He's grown taller and I liked it.
