So, last night was insane. This huge mall had a sale and being that it's been ages since I went there during a sale, I just had to go there. I've been dying to buy a dress for no apparent reason - and I bought one at 50% off! I couldn't believe my luck. And since I was willing to buy that dress even at full price, I spent the rest of the money buying books - and I got 5 of them.

I thought it was such a wonderful way to spend a Friday, and I was looking forward to reading and/or doing my usual things with my computer.

...of course, that was when a freakin' bus hit our car.

It was a minor accident, and I was thanking God profusely because it could have been much, much worse. None of us was hurt, and the car had a sizable dent at the side because of the accident. I was actually pitying the bus driver and since it's his fault we got hit, any damages paid to us will be taken from his salary :(

Wow, I'm seriously glad you guys are ok and that the car wasn't damaged in a way that makes it not possible to still use it without having it fixed first!

Glad for the sale too; I needed a dress myself, but I have buying dresses 'cause my boobs are too big and it makes it look either very weird or puts them on total display, neither of which I want. TMI? LOL.

Yes, thank goodness! Considering it was a bus that hit us, it's a miracle we're still alive today :D

Sob, I have the exact opposite problem. Mine are too small! :( But I might use it either for the office or for the wedding of a friend of mine, though that's still in November.

Hehe no, but I heard there was a 3-Day Sale. And it's so insane going there when there's a sale. When I do go, however, I make sure I arrive there when the mall opens at 10 am, do my round of hunting for marked-down goodies, and sprint the hell out before the crowd floods in by noon. :D
