Yesssss I did it! Unsurprisingly, I was unable to do anything on my to-do-list because I got hit with an ill-timed cold last Thursday that lasted until Saturday night :\ Bummer.

I shall have to answer all my tags tomorrow morning, as it is already past midnight here but I want to know: WHAT DID I MISS?

Gokai-wise, we're about half an hour before finally getting some Joe and Luka in action :P And we'll get plenty of Joe time for the upcoming two weeks, too, so I guess I can't complain. As long as they don't give me stuff I DNW -0-

It was an okay episode, and Luka shone, as always. But I do have to admit I was less than impressed here in the overall, which is really saying something. Maybe I have "me being all excited over it" to blame. Despite that, I loved the Joe/Luka combi. They make a pretty pair, and I seriously want more epis with them, and most importantly, written by Arakawa himself!

Yeah. I liked the ep, but it didn't have the spark that the Hyde/Moune had last year. I'd probably like it better once the subs are out, though.

Hee, Hyde/Moune and Joe/Luka have a very different level of relationships, after all. Hyde and Moune have much about clashing, which adds lots of sparks, but Joe and Luka are far more about being comfortable around each other, like you once pointed out. So I suppose we really wouldn't see much like the pairing involving the former pair. With that said it does give the sort of vibe that if it depends on Luka, she will always have the upper hand over Joe. That's so screams married couple, LOL.
