We'll find out the gender of my sister's baby tomorrow! I'm so excited ♥ And I absolutely cannot wait for December to come, as they're coming home in time for Christmas, and could possibly stay for as long as three months. Yes, yes, yes.

I am also writing an LOTR ficlet about Éomer and Éowyn, since the idea struck while I was out reading fics for them. Apparently I am procrastinating again, since I told myself that I would start scouring for ideas for my Draco/Hermione fic assignment last Monday - and yet I've done everything but. Hnnnng. Self, what.

I only have three characters in two games but I seriously cannot, for the life of me, think of anything I could post for them. Like this afternoon, I was thinking of what to post for Moune and nothing came to mind. Also, my activity for Jii is atrocious but I don't know how to fix it. THANK GOODNESS THESE GAMES DON'T REQUIRE A POST FOR THE CHARACTERS, OR ELSE I AM LE DOOMED.

Speaking of characters, I am in the mood to pick up new ones for no specific rhyme or reason. I am thinking of:

Karen Smith (Mean Girls)
Miranda Priestly (The Devil Wears Prada)
Susan Pevensie (The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe)
Someone from Final Fantasy XIII (...Hope?)
Someone from The Lord of the Rings (...Grima?)

Not sure if this will happen, but out of these five I think Karen and Grima might push through since I adore playing dumb blondes (hi, Harmony) and I am dying to pick up another LoTR muse aside from Éowyn and Denethor. Heh.

Actually toying with the idea of apping Will Schuester somewhere. Maybe DDD? That is, if I can write an app for him since my rewatch of Season One is not yet done. Also, still uncertain about Cordy at

betenoire_rp since... yeah. Angel characters, why have you left me :(

Babies are adorable. ~~Even if I never know what to do with them and freak out if they tell me to hold them.~~ Boy or girl, I'm sure you'd be excited regradless :)

Ah, RP... At least in Moune's case I assume Eri will be joining her soon? I recall reading from the comments that Eri-mun is working on the app for DDD? I'd love to see the Gokai team join the fun there, too. That'd be pretty cool :P :P :P

They are! I never knew I'd be a fan of them when I was very anti-children before :P

I hope so! I do think Sunny's writing the app. I'm just a bit uninspired with what to write for Moune since I think we're basing off events from the start of Goseiger, and Moune's next big activity will be in Epic 9 and that's still pretty far from where she is right now (around Epic 4 or so.) Plus, if Sunny gets in then I will want to write out that conflict in full since it's more fun that way :P

And I am always open for RP-ing Gokaiger, as always! Luka is a hoot to play :P

Oh? So the RP events are aligned with the canon plot? That should be an interesting ground to play on :) Should anything fun come up, please send me a link? *shameless* And YES for Epic 9 full conflict! It's the only Gosei girls episode we have (ah bummer) and I'd love to see some more Eri-Moune combi bringing it on :P

Luka has proven to be all kinds of awesome so far. Someone at RB compared her to an older version of Moune, which is interesting. Luka and Marvelous are so far my favorites, it's fun to see them on-screen, hehe.

Well it's easier that way since characters can appropriately react to things as they progress in their canon - which is an aspect I love so much. I already plan on Moune expressing her hate of ~old men by the time Epic 14 rolls is :P And yes, I will! ♥

Heh, I can see Luka and Moune getting on very well for the Goseiger/Gokaiger team-up. Have you seen Jetman, by any chance? Luka's love of money reminds me so much of Ako and I absolutely loved that character. Ahim reminds me of Kaori, too!

Awwwww, YES FOR MOUNE EXPRESSING HER LOVE-HATE CRUSH STRONG FEELINGS ABOUT OSSAN! You'll have to help me one day, should I decide to work on an application for Hyde :P :P :P

I haven't watched Jetman, even though I had the opportunity to. Mainly because I was spoiled about the gran finale, and it makes me not want to see it T_T

Aww. The finale is really sad T___T I don't blame you! It's a great series, though I have a lot of complaints since it's very heavily focused on three characters, which gave my favorite Ako less to do :( I forever begrudge Kaori because of it, hehe.

I always approve of Miranda Priestly.

For fics, I have these recs!

These two fics focus on the siblings as children and how they try to cope with living at Edoras for the first time. I love, love, love them.

The Worst of All Evils (http://www.tolkienfanfiction.com/Story_Read_Chapter.php?CHid=2657). I am a sucker for post-Pelennor Fields and how Éomer dealt with his sister being hurt and all that, and this was wonderfully written.

Through A Glass (http://www.tolkienfanfiction.com/Story_Read_Chapter.php?CHid=250) is a Faramir-centered fic that centers on his stay at the Houses of Healing and what his thoughts are upon meeting Éowyn. squee.

Idk! Admittedly I haven't read the any of the books until after the first movie came out, and after that I only read TLTWANW because that was a gift to me :P

Hmm, yeah. I just noticed that even the LOTR Fic Archive (http://www.tolkienfanfiction.com/) I visited don't have a single fic taken from his POV. That's odd.

The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe has its charm, but I like the last two books more. :D READ IT! Anyway, the movies are quite excellent; definitely loved how they did the first movie. XD

Because no one likes Gollum, I think? XD And I guess a lot of LOTR fans are tired of hearing him talk about his Precious. XD Smeagol would be another option, but I think a fic showing some Gollum-Smeagol alter ego interactions would be a nice one. :D

The first movie was definitely gorgeous! The second one... ugh, that scene when they attacked the castle and they had to retreat and left some of the warriors behind for them to die has forever tainted my soul :( :( :( Plus the whole Two Towers feel of the ending... yeah, not a fan of the second one.

Probably. It's tiring to hear/read him say 'My Precioussssss' over and over again :P

The second one was definitely darker and I liked the first one more (I have to admit I haven't seen the third one--EEP). But the second movie has ~~Prince Caspian~~ Reepicheep, who is adorable. XD AND UGH THAT SCENE! D: I don't think that was in the book (it's been ages since I last read it), so when I watched that scene for the first time I was horrified. ;___;

I was like WHY DOES THIS SCENE EXIST IN A KIDS' MOVIE OH GOD MY HEART MY HEART MY HEART T____T

The third one I haven't seen yet, and I have no plans to. Just not interested, heh.
