...HOLY CRAP BIOMAN HAS FILIPINO OPENING AND ENDING VERSIONS OF THE ORIGINAL SONGS

I DID NOT KNOW THIS

/20+ years late

mood officially lifted :D :D :D

And in case you're interested, here's Maskman's Opening and Ending songs in Tagalog, too. THESE I ACTUALLY KNOW ABOUT. Nostalgia you beautiful thing.

You know whats funny, my best friend remembered that when I was just starting to get into sentai, he also said there was a season but didn't know which that was completely dubbed in Tagalog and played in Manila when he was a little boy. He was so amused to see me watching the shows all those years later.

Which I haven't done in about a year, so much to catch up on ;_;

Ahahaha! If it was completely dubbed in Tagalog, it's probably Maskman, as Bioman was dubbed in English, while Jetman, Fiveman, and Turbo Rangers were dubbed in Tagalog but as far as I remember their OP and EN songs were retained in Japanese :D

It's been forever since I last talked to you! How have you been?

That's the one then, I remember him mentioning it when I was going through the big anniversary book I bought from amazon Japan, he recognized their outfits right away. I have to catch up on the new one, I haven't seen one episode of it.

I've been good! Spending countless hours on facebook, ugh, and working. Then complaining about working, hahaha. I'm hoping to put my resume out in 2011 and get myself a new job, I don't think I can take the warehouse for much longer without spontaneously combusting. How have you been doing?

I adore Maskman a lot a lot a lot. It's one of the ultimate shows of my childhood, and I'm glad your friend still remembers it!

You haven't seen Goseiger? Well, get to it! :P A word of warning though, a lot of people really don't like it that much. They said it was too slow and boring, and I myself dropped the series before it reached ep 10. Buuuuut marathoning it like mad made me love it, so. I'm sad it's about to end, now.

Oh! Good luck to both of us, then. I had a very stressful job last year, one that I needed months to recuperate from since... yeah, the stress was horrible. This year I'm planning to look for one that isn't as stressful, or go back to school :D

Good luck! I thought about going back to school, but I honestly don't think I can take it. I just feel too old and too removed from it all, probably after all the years of working, ugh. It really is the stress though, I figure when I dread every week its probably best to wait it out, save more money, and try to look elsewhere.

I loved Maskman when I was it a few years ago, I watched a lot of the older ones in a crazy summer of mimosas and sentai, lmao.

That's what I was thinking, I've been hearing some complaints, so what I normally do when I can is watch a good section of it at one time, that way I dont have enough time to think about any failings.

Thank you ♥ You, too! I hope 2011 is a good year for both of us!

I think Goseiger's charming in bigger doses, hehe. That's what made me love it like I do, now!
